Why we love this place
We love Holland Meadows for making eighteen holes feel friendly. Thirteen par 3s, a few real par 4s, ponds and a stream to keep it honest, and simulators for winter. A great place to build confidence near Sacandaga without a five-hour round.

About Holland Meadows
Holland Meadows Golf Course is a public 18-hole executive course on Route 29 outside Gloversville, in Fulton County's Sacandaga Lake country at the southern edge of the Adirondacks. The layout mixes thirteen par 3s with five par 4s across about 3,300 yards, from a 100-yard short hole to a 405-yard par 4. Water touches six holes through four ponds and a stream, and the signature 15th is a 285-yard par 4 that doglegs right over water. Directories disagree on when it opened, so the date is left unstated here. The facility adds a driving range, pro shop, clubhouse bar and an indoor center with four Full Swing simulators for the long winters.
