About Lake Park Golf Club Championship Course

The Championship Course at Lake Park Golf Course opened in 1996, designed by Jeffrey D. Brauer, ASGCA (GolfPass also credits PGA Tour player Lanny Wadkins as co-designer). Laid out along the shores of Lake Lewisville just below the dam, the par-70 course plays 6,135 yards with wide Bermuda fairways and water in play on the opening and 10th holes. It is one of two courses at the City of Lewisville-owned facility and has been recognized in Golf Digest's "Best Places You Can Play."
