The Links at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels is Pete Dye's final course. The site began in 1971 as Martingham, a Roy Dye layout for his brother's family firm, later finished as Harbortowne. Developer Richard Cohen talked a reluctant, semi-retired Pete Dye into rebuilding it; Dye redesigned 15 holes and advised on the rest before Alzheimer's ended his work in 2017, and his son P.B. Dye and wife Alice finished it. It opened in 2018 for guests of the Inn at Perry Cabin, with an island-green 17th that mirrors the 17th at TPC Sawgrass.
