Osprey Meadows At Tamarack

Osprey Meadows is the mountain course at Tamarack Resort near Donnelly, Idaho, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. with associate Bruce Charlton. The first nine debuted in 2005 and the full 18 opened in 2006, quickly winning national honors as a top new course, with a par-72 layout stretching past 7,300 yards through alpine meadows, wetlands, and streams beneath the surrounding peaks. The resort's financial troubles led to a Chapter 11 filing in 2008, and after several uneven seasons the course was shuttered following the 2014 season. New ownership revived Tamarack, and Jones and Charlton returned in 2022 to renovate the course they had originally built. It reopened with a modified routing plus playful additions, including a bonus 19th hole and a putting course, restoring one of the Pacific Northwest's most scenic mountain golf experiences.
