The Palmer Course at The Woodlands Country Club was designed by Arnold Palmer (with Ed Seay), opening its original 18 holes as the King and General nines in 1990, with a third Deacon nine added in 1995. This routing is the King nine, named after Palmer's nickname "The King." The 27-hole layout plays over undulating, mounded terrain with challenging bunkering and water hazards.
