Pine Lakes began in the mid-1920s as the Hubbard Golf Course (listings give 1926 or 1927). It was later renamed and redesigned by Brian Huntley, and today it is a renovated public course on 234 acres of rolling terrain near the Pennsylvania line, with a large practice facility.
