Riverview opened for play in September 2004 after two years of construction, as part of a planned residential development on more than 500 acres along the Delaware River in Easton. Jim Blaukovitch did the whole course plan, including the layout, the grass choices and the irrigation design. The par-72 course has 76 bunkers, five ponds and an island green on the par-4 17th hole.
