This Ormond Beach Riviera Country Club was developed as part of the Rio Vista on the Halifax project; work on the course began in 1926 under Chicago architect W.D. Clark and it opened as nine holes. The Meyers family bought it in 1953, had Mark Mahannah remodel the nine in 1954 and added a Dave Wallace nine in 1967. It is a Florida Historic Golf Trail course, still owned and operated by the Meyers family, with daily-fee public access.
