About Skytop Lodge

Skytop's golf course was designed by Robert W. White, who in 1916 became the first president of the PGA of America. Work on the course began in March 1926, and it was completed in 1928, with the lodge opening on June 16 of that year. The Olmsted Brothers were hired to site the hotel and design its grounds.
