Why we love this place
A scenic little nine tucked along Rondout Creek, where a 565-yard par 5 and a pond-crossing fourth deliver more drama than you'd expect. We love Stone Dock for its relaxed Hudson Valley pace and creekside beauty, a perfect quick round before exploring High Falls.

About Stone Dock Golf Course
Stone Dock Golf Course is a public nine-hole course on Stone Dock Road in the hamlet of High Falls, in Ulster County's Rondout Valley. The course opened in 1968 and plays to a par of 36 over about 3,245 yards from the back tees, with holes ranging from a 155-yard sixth to a 565-yard fifth. Rondout Creek runs along the property and frames several holes; the par-4 fourth crosses two ponds and runs downhill toward a green set against the creek. Open from April through November, Stone Dock offers a challenging, scenic nine for locals and visitors alike, and its compact length makes it easy to fit a round into a day spent exploring High Falls and the surrounding Hudson Valley countryside.
