About The Golf Links of Charlotte Harbor

Known today as Port Charlotte Golf Club, this par-72 layout opened in 1959 as the first golf course built in Charlotte County, originally designed by David Wallace and Mark Mahannah Sr. Architect Charles Ankrom later revised the routing while retaining the original design. It is a semi-private course in Port Charlotte; "The Golf Links of Charlotte Harbor" is a former name.
