About The Highlands Of Elgin Golf Club

The course opened in 1971 as Spartan Meadows Golf Club, designed by Larry Packard. Keith Foster reworked the layout in 2003, and it reopened as The Highlands of Elgin. Several holes play around a large filled-in quarry.
