About Meadows Golf Club (Sarasota)

The Meadows in Sarasota was developed in 1976 by Taylor Woodrow, with the first course designed by Frank Duane; the Highlands followed in 1984 and the par-65 Groves in 1987. After the prior club filed for bankruptcy and the courses closed in 2025, the Meadows Course reopened to public play in June 2026 under management affiliated with Arnold Palmer Golf Management, as a 36-hole public facility.
