Tpc Prestancia

TPC Prestancia opened in 1985 as the third private club in the PGA Tour's TPC Network, anchoring the Prestancia community in south Sarasota. Its centerpiece Stadium Course was designed by Florida architect Ron Garl in collaboration with tour player Mike Souchak, routed through mature oaks, pines and water hazards on gently rolling terrain. The club grew into a 36-hole facility, pairing the tournament-tested Stadium layout with the more forgiving Club Course. For more than a decade the Stadium Course was a fixture on senior professional golf, hosting a long run of Champions Tour (then Senior PGA Tour) events, including the Chrysler Cup and the American Express Invitational through the 1990s. Now operated within the Heritage Golf Group portfolio, it remains one of the region's best-known private clubs.
