Why we love this place
There is something perfect about a PGA Tour venue rising out of an old sod farm. Palmer and Lehman turned Minnesota prairie into a big-league test with real local pride behind it. We love watching the 3M Open here every summer, hometown roots on a very grand stage.

About TPC Twin Cities
TPC Twin Cities opened in 2000 in Blaine, Minnesota, built on the site of a former sod farm and designed by Arnold Palmer in consultation with Minnesota native and major champion Tom Lehman. The private, prairie-style course stretches past 7,400 yards to a par of 72 and is defined by native grasses, rolling terrain, and an abundance of water, with wetlands and ponds framing many holes. It first gained a national tournament identity in 2001 when it began hosting the Champions Tour's 3M Championship, an event it held through 2018. A renovation led by Tom Lehman and Steve Wenzloff prepared the course for a bigger stage, and since 2019 TPC Twin Cities has hosted the PGA Tour's 3M Open, Minnesota's premier professional golf event.
