About Waynesborough Country Club
Waynesborough Country Club sits in Paoli, Pennsylvania, on Philadelphia's Main Line, centered on a historic manor house. The club opened for business in the spring of 1965. According to the club's own history, the championship course was designed and built by George Fazio, the noted architect and uncle of designer Tom Fazio, who was engaged to create the layout. The parkland course threads through mature trees and rolling Chester County terrain and has long been a fixture of Golf Association of Philadelphia competition. The manor house anchors the clubhouse and grounds, giving the club a distinctly Main Line sense of place.
