About Worthington Golf Club
Worthington Golf Club, in the Berkshire hill town of Worthington, was founded in 1904 by a group of local residents and expanded to its present nine holes in 1924. The course is known for small sloping greens, tight tree-lined fairways of pines and maples, a well-placed creek and about 15 bunkers, and was featured in Golf World as an "Essence of Golf" venue. It operates today as a modest public nine-hole course, sometimes marketed as "The Links at Worthington."
