3's Greenville is a lighted 12-hole par-3 course on Villa Road, originally opened in 1997 as CrossWinds Par 3. A 2020 redesign by architect Jeff Lawrence trimmed the layout to 12 holes (72-180 yards) and added a Himalayas-style putting course and short-game area; the on-site restaurant relaunched in 2024.
