Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club sits on a 220-acre site along Biscayne Bay in Coral Gables, founded around 1990. Its 18-hole, par-71 Arnold Palmer Signature course winds through mangroves and waterways and was one Palmer counted among his favorite designs. The club later invested over $4M in a renovation and regrassing.
