Druid Hills Golf Club

Druid Hills is the original golf course at Fairfield Glade, a resort and residential community on Tennessee's Cumberland Plateau. Designed by Leon Howard, its first nine opened in 1970 and the full 18-hole championship layout was completed by 1973, making it the anchor around which the Glade's later courses grew. The par-72 design runs roughly 6,270 yards and sits on the highest point in Fairfield Glade, offering long views of the surrounding Cumberland Mountains. Gently rolling, tree-lined fairways, doglegs, strategic water, and undulating bentgrass greens give the course its classic mountain-golf character. Decades on, Druid Hills remains a member favorite and a Tennessee Golf Association-affiliated club, valued as much for its scenery and elevation as for its enduring, walkable routing.
