Emerald Isle Golf Course

Emerald Isle began in 1965 as the 9-hole Oceana Golf Course, built by the Oceana Land Co. alongside the Oceana community, and officially opened in 1966 with a ribbon cutting led by entertainer Jack Benny. After several closures and changes of lease-holder, the property reopened in 1986 as Emerald Isle Golf Course, redesigned as an 18-hole executive course of 2,452 yards, par 56.
