Mission Bay Golf Course

Mission Bay Golf Course opened May 27, 1955 as a nine-hole facility. It is credited to architect Ted Robinson, later president of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, and today is an 18-hole, par-58 executive layout with four par-4s and 14 par-3s. The City of San Diego took over operations on November 8, 2003, and it is a public course under the city Parks and Recreation Department. Tiger Woods won a Junior World title here, and it has been promoted as San Diego's only night-lit course.
