About Encino Municipal Golf Course

Encino Golf Course opened in 1957 as the second course in the City of Los Angeles' 36-hole Sepulveda Dam Recreation Area, following Balboa (1954). Designed by William P. Bell, this public municipal course is the longer of the two, playing about 7,000 yards to par 73, and shares practice facilities with Balboa.
