Encanto Golf Course

Encanto Golf Course is an 18-hole City of Phoenix municipal course designed by noted architect William P. Bell and built in the mid-1930s (listed as 1935-1936), making it one of the oldest golf courses in Arizona. It was developed as part of Encanto Park, a Depression-era "Class A" park project funded through New Deal public-works programs in central Phoenix. It remains a publicly operated facility under the City of Phoenix Parks & Recreation Department.
