About Fernandina Beach Golf Club - North/West

Fernandina Beach Golf Club is the City of Fernandina Beach's municipal 27-hole facility on Amelia Island, a short distance from the Atlantic. The North nine, designed by Ed Madison, opened in 1956 and is described as the oldest course on Amelia Island; Madison's West nine followed about 1959, and the South nine, credited to Tommy Birdsong, opened around 1972 to complete the three-nine layout.
