Galloway National Golf Club

Galloway National Golf Club rests on sandy South Jersey ground overlooking Reeds Bay near Atlantic City, in Galloway Township, New Jersey. Designed by Tom Fazio, the private course was built on roughly 200 acres of sandy soil, wetlands, mature trees and rolling terrain. Construction began in 1993, with ten holes opening for limited play in 1994 before the full eighteen officially debuted on May 27, 1995. Fazio routed a par-71 course that stretches beyond 7,000 yards from the tips and makes the most of its coastal setting, with holes framed by bay views, native grasses and the region's naturally sandy base. Golf Digest recognized it among America's best new courses of that era, and Fazio has spoken of Galloway as one of his personal favorites among his many designs. The club has remained an admired, low-profile private retreat, prized for its conditioning, seaside character and refined shot-making demands.
