Mirabel Golf Club

Mirabel opened in 2001 in north Scottsdale as a Tom Fazio design, with collaboration from associate Beau Welling. The site had an unusual backstory: it originally opened as Stonehaven, home to a late-1990s Greg Norman course, before Discovery Land Company and Michael Meldman acquired the property and brought in Fazio to completely rework it. The result is a par-71 layout of roughly 7,150 yards, notable for its bentgrass fairways and greens, a rarity in the desert climate. Set among the boulders and native Sonoran terrain, Mirabel is a strictly private, member-owned equity club with no public play, capped at a limited number of golf memberships. It has been regularly recognized by Golfweek, GOLF Magazine, and others among the finest private clubs in Arizona.
