The course in Gilbertville (Hardwick), Massachusetts was built in the mid-1960s by Tony Staiti and his father and operated for four generations as Dunroamin Country Club, designed by Manuel Francis. Dwindling membership led to its closure in 2018, with half the 77-acre property converted to a solar farm. An investor restored the greens and clubhouse, and it reopened in 2022 as the 9-hole public Hardwick Crossing Country Club with a year-round restaurant.
