About Kershaw Golf Course

Kershaw's municipal course began as a nine-hole Depression-era WPA project in the 1930s (sources date the opening to 1933 or 1936) and is among the oldest municipal courses in South Carolina. Atlanta architect David Johnson added a second nine in 2004, making it 18 holes. The Town of Kershaw owns and operates it, open to the public.
