About Belmont Lake Golf Club

Belmont Lake opened in 2007 as the golf course of the Ford's Colony Rocky Mount residential development, planned by the Ford family who created Ford's Colony in Williamsburg, Va. Formerly called Ford's Colony Rocky Mount and The Golf Club at Rocky Mount, it sits behind the North Carolina Wesleyan campus; its greens were converted to G-12 Champion Bermuda in 2017. It is open to the public.
