Sun Mountain is the second of three Pete Dye courses at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort, owned by the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe. It opened about a year after Snow Mountain, which debuted in the mid-1990s, and it is generally considered the gentlest of the three. The three Paiute courses are Dye's only original designs in Nevada.
