About Marsh Landing Country Club

Jacksonville developer Chester Stokes created Marsh Landing in 1986 as a gated golf community in Ponte Vedra Beach, with a course by Ed Seay of Arnold Palmer's design firm. Seay kept most of the land intact, routing the par-72, roughly 6,800-yard layout through Intracoastal tidal marsh, tall pines and lagoons. The club hosted U.S. Amateur and U.S. Open qualifiers and the 2003 Florida State Amateur. Membership fell after the 2008 downturn; in 2022, working with the homeowners association, Concert Golf Partners bought the private club and began a $7 million improvement plan.
