About Neuse Golf Club

Designed by John LaFoy and opened in 1994, The Neuse was carved from the natural terrain along the Neuse River with minimal earth and tree removal, preserving its rock outcroppings and rolling hills. Golf Digest named it the Best New Public Golf Course in North Carolina, and in 2002 Business Week ranked it second in the state among public-access courses for entertaining business clients, behind Pinehurst No. 2. It is a par-72 layout of roughly 7,000 yards.
