Oak Hill Golf Course

Est. 1963
Why we love this place

Oak Hill is a Lakes Region sleeper: nine holes laced with old stone walls, four sneaky hidden greens and a screened porch made for a post-round drink. It's affordable, unhurried golf for every ability, exactly what a summer afternoon in Meredith calls for.

About Oak Hill Golf Course

Oak Hill Golf Course has been part of the Meredith golf scene since 1963, set on Pease Road in the Lakes Region. It is a nine-hole, par-34 course of roughly 2,350 yards from the back tees, and it has always been aimed at golfers of every ability rather than tournament specialists. The property's character comes from its stone walls, which run through the layout, and from four hidden greens that cannot be seen on the approach, keeping first-time visitors guessing. The clubhouse includes a snack bar and cocktail lounge with a screened porch overlooking the course, and the pro shop rents riding carts, pull carts and clubs. Greens fees have stayed modest, tee times are recommended by phone, and the course remains open to the public through the summer season.
