Opened in 1992 on land that was formerly the Barnstable County Fairgrounds, this is one of two municipal golf courses owned by the Town of Barnstable. The par-71 layout was designed by the firm of Cornish, Silva & Mungeam, with Mark Mungeam often credited as lead architect. Its large undulating greens and demanding approaches have made it a frequent host of state and USGA qualifying events.
