About Park Ridge Golf Course

Park Ridge Golf Course in Lake Worth is a Palm Beach County public facility built on the former Lantana Landfill, closed as a dump in 1987. The Solid Waste Authority and the County began construction in 2004, importing more than 645,000 cubic yards of fill to shape the terrain, and the course opened in March 2007. The par-72 layout, designed by Roy Case and Jeffrey Grossman, rises to about 85 feet at its highest point and was named an Audubon International Certified Sanctuary in 2009.
