Wildcat Golf Club is a 36-hole daily-fee public facility on Almeda Road in Houston, notably built on a reclaimed former oil field and landfill, giving it dramatic man-made elevation changes unusual for the flat Houston area. Architect Roy Case designed both courses: the links-style Highlands (opened 2001) and the more traditional Lakes (opened 2002).
