Prairie View Golf Club

Prairie View Golf Club opened in 1997 as Robert Trent Jones Jr.'s first design in Indiana, and it remains the state's only course from his firm. Spread across roughly 206 acres in Hamilton County near Carmel, the daily-fee, public layout blends classic strategic design with the natural character of the rolling prairie. Towering oaks and sycamores line the banks of the White River, a clear stream meanders through several holes, and natural wetlands and a handful of serene lakes are placed to test and tempt. Stretching past 7,000 yards to a par of 72, with a demanding slope and course rating from the tips, Prairie View is widely regarded as one of the finest public tests in Indiana and helped raise the bar for upscale daily-fee golf across the region.
