About Radrick Farms

Radrick Farms was built on former gravel-quarry land donated to the University of Michigan by regent Frederick C. Matthaei Sr. After U-M President Harlan Hatcher played Pete Dye's nine-hole course in Indiana, Dye was hired — and Radrick Farms became his first 18-hole design, a course that helped launch his career. It opened in 1965 and is owned and operated by the University of Michigan.
