Santa Ana Golf Course

Santa Ana Golf Club opened in 1991 on Santa Ana Pueblo land near Bernalillo, about twenty miles north of Albuquerque along the Rio Grande. Owned and operated by the Pueblo, the facility was designed by Ken Killian with former PGA Tour player Ken Green, and spans 27 holes across three nines, Cheena, Star, and Tamaya, that combine into three distinct eighteen-hole layouts. The links-inspired design features wide fairways, native grasses, strategic bunkering, and framing views of the 10,000-foot Sandia Peak. It hosted the 1999 U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links and has since welcomed a steady run of championship events, including PGA of America professional championships and the Native American Open, cementing its standing as a well-regarded, tribally owned public venue in central New Mexico's golf landscape.
