About Paradise Hills

Paradise Hills Golf Course, on Albuquerque's west side, was laid out in 1962 by architect Robert "Red" Lawrence and is one of only a handful of public courses he designed. It has also operated under the name Desert Greens. It is privately owned but open to the public. As Paradise Hills Country Club it hosted the LPGA's Albuquerque Swing Parade in 1963 (won by Mickey Wright) and 1964.
