Sea Scape Golf Links in Kitty Hawk was designed by Art Wall Jr., the 1959 Masters champion, and is often called the Outer Banks' oldest golf course. The opening year is reported inconsistently (1965-1968; most sources say 1968). The links-style layout offers ocean views on many holes and runs through Kitty Hawk Woods, with the original design largely intact.
