About Silverbell Golf Course

Silverbell Golf Course was dedicated as a City of Tucson recreational facility on July 28, 1979, built along the west bank of the Santa Cruz River with nine lakes and spacious fairways. Originally designed by Arthur "Jack" Snyder, the course was built partly on an uncapped landfill and began to sink, prompting a total makeover directed by Tucson architect Ken Kavanagh in a major 2004 renovation.
