The Signature course at Treetops Resort near Gaylord opened in 1993 and was Rick Smith's first 18-hole design. It joined the resort's first course, the Robert Trent Jones Sr.-designed Masterpiece, which opened in 1987. The Signature plays 6,653 yards from the back tees.
