About Turnberry Golf Course
Turnberry Golf Course opened in June 1991 as an Arthur Hills-designed (ASGCA) links-style championship course. Set in a valley bordering Blacklick Creek in Pickerington on the east side of Columbus, it features bentgrass surfaces, elevated greens, high fescue, lakes and numerous bunkers, playing up to roughly 6,775 yards from the back tees. Though located in Pickerington, it is a municipal course operated by the City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department.
