Victory Ranch Golf Club

Victory Ranch spreads across a high plateau in Kamas, roughly seventeen miles southeast of Park City, along the Upper Provo River. The eighteen-hole course opened in 2009 to a design by Rees Jones, who was asked to build a mountain-links experience unlike anything else in the region and to work with, rather than against, the rugged ground. His routing drapes over ridges and peaks and stretches close to 7,600 yards from the back tees at par 72, using the elevation to open 360-degree views of the Wasatch and Uinta ranges, Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservoir. Fescue-framed fairways, native scrub and big elevation swings give the round a rangy, windswept character. The golf anchors a broad outdoor-recreation ranch that also offers fly-fishing, stables and backcountry amenities, part of the club's four-season lifestyle pitch.
