Westover Golf Course is an 18-hole municipal course in Ludlow that opened in 1957 as part of the then-active Westover Air Force Base, home to a Strategic Air Command wing. It was designed by New England architect Orrin Smith. Now run as an affordable public/municipal facility, it has been recognized by Golf Digest among the best-value public courses in the country.
