Mike Koprowski and architect Kyle Franz created Broomsedge, which opened in October 2024 on a rolling 160-acre tract in Rembert. The private, walking-focused par-70 course has 20 green sites across 18 holes. Golf Digest named it a Best New Private Course of 2025, and Golfweek ranked it #94 among its Top 200 Modern courses for 2026.
