Dancing Rabbit Golf Club

Dancing Rabbit Golf Club spreads two 18-hole courses across more than 700 acres of pine forest and spring-fed streams near Philadelphia, Mississippi, as part of the Pearl River Resort owned by the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. The Azaleas course, a collaboration between Tom Fazio and 1976 U.S. Open champion Jerry Pate, opened in July 1997; the companion Oaks course followed in June 1999. The club takes its name from the nearby creek where the 1830 Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek was signed. Winding through hardwoods, dogwoods and azaleas, the courses earned national acclaim, with the Azaleas long celebrated as an approachable, Augusta-like parkland test and a regular on lists of the country's best courses you can play. Five sets of tees stretch each layout to roughly 7,000-plus yards.
