About Legends Golf Resort - Moorland

The Moorland Course at Legends Golf Resort opened in 1990, designed by P.B. Dye, son of famed architect Pete Dye. A bold, stadium-style layout evocative of PGA West, it is known for deep bunkers, multilevel fairways and greens, and signature railroad-tie bulkheads, long regarded as one of the most demanding tests on the Grand Strand. Golf Digest named it a Top 10 New Course of 1990.
